Parent Survey: Sex Education/Reproductive Health Program
The Western School District is in the process of reviewing the sex education/reproductive health education program to better meet the needs of students as well as the standards of our community.  We are asking parents/guardians of students to take a few minutes to complete the following survey.  This information will be used by a committee of administrators, teachers and parents in making revisions to the curriculum.

The survey will be open until March 25, 2015.

It's a Bird, it's a Plane, it's CARNIVAL!
The Western Elementary Carnival is just around the corner and we need parents to help with the prep work.  The carnival is organized and enjoyed by all three elementary buildings so let's make sure Bean is well represented!  First off, carnival t-shirts have been available and can be ordered until Thursday, February 19 online or by cash/check.  Volunteers are needed to help run the carnival as well as give donations of pop and goodies for the cake walk.  The carnival will take place on Friday, March 6 from 5:30-8:30 pm at the high school.  We will also be looking for donations for the class themed baskets which will be auctioned off during the carnival.  A list of classroom themes and donation sign ups can be accessed through the Sign-Up Genius link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0C4FAEAE22A75-western2/17281069 .  See below for links to other forms.  Thank you for helping!
